For 4 jars of chia pudding
Preparation time: 10 min, rest time: minimum 6 hrs
Ingredients:
80g chia seeds
300g vegetable milk
3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
50g of lucuma cacao nibs Bio-Inka
The day before
1.Preparation of plain chia pudding nature:
In a bowl or large jar, mix 40 g of chia seeds with 150 g Of vegetable milk. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator Overnight.
2.Prepare the chocolate chia pudding: In a second bowl, mix 40g of chia seeds with 150g of vegetable milk and 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator Overnight.
The next day:
3.In 4 jars or large glass jars, add a layer of chocolate chia pudding, 4.Then add a layer of plain chia pudding of Lucuma Bio-Inka cacao nibs.
5. Add a layer of plain chia pudding nature.
6. Finally add a final layer of chocolate chia pudding.
7.Dress by sprinkling raw cocoa powder and adding some Lucuma Bio-Inka cacao nibs.

Notes:
* The chia seeds must swell for a minimum of 6 hrs.
* It’s possible to add sugar, honey, maple syrup or even agave syrup when preparing the chia pudding.
